Why, you ask?
I have just finished (as in 'finished') my most recent pattern! It is complete, and looking exactly how I want it to. All that is left to do is have it scrutinized by my spelling/grammar policewoman, then the pattern will be released.
The pattern is 'Beyond Puerperium', and it is a unisex cardigan pattern for children aged newborn to 2 years of age. There has been discussion as to why I limited the sizing to only 2years, but I made the decision that this design (with it's raglan angled button band) is something more suited to babies and young toddlers than bigger kids.
Oh and I didn't mention....this is another one of my comprehensive patterns - it comes in 4ply, 8ply, and 10ply (fingering, dk, and light worsted weight) yarn. So essentially it is 3 patterns in one.
My test knitters have done such a marvelous job....I am so proud of them all. A couple are yet to finish their knits, or provide me with data on sizing, however the fact that they have nearly finished is helpful in itself too, as they haven't stumbled across errors :)
I have a couple of photos to share courtesy of those wonderful testers:

Photo by kiwimonkey on Ravelry (3-6m size in 4ply on her 4m old)

Photo by Khai on Ravelry (12-18m size in 8ply on her 10.5m old)

Photo by kiwivic on Ravelry (2y size in 8ply on her 2y old)
As you can see from the photos above, the cardy is very classic, but with the interesting button band (great way to highlight special buttons!). It also looks good on babies and toddlers.
The pattern will be available for sale through Ravelry - I will be back to post again when it goes live.
Excited.....who, me? ;)
